Hilton Head Gymnastics

Move & Motion is proud to have started our second year delivering the only complete and unique gymnastics program to Hilton Head and our local area. Our classes are non-competitive and performance-based.

Children experience our 30 ft. long inflatable tumble track and gymnastics programs made even more special with our introduction of circus arts. This may includes trapeze, aerial silk ribbons, juggling, stilts and more.

Classes happen daily Monday through Saturday with a Friday Night Cirque Fun Gym (also known as “Parent’s Night Out!”), that allows a controlled and fun environment that lets students sample some of the regular activities they will experience in our regularly occurring classes.

Our gymnastics coaches are skilled, experienced and passionate about what they do. when you drop-in, you will instantly see what we mean.

We also offer a Back Handspring Clinic for students ages 8 and up. This 1 hour class is dedicated to conditioning and drills directly related to mastery of the back handspring.

The Move & Motion Mini Cirque Class is filled with tumbling, balance bean, bars, trapeze and creative movement. Classes are designed to develop strength, flexibility, coordination, and rhythm as well as provide a fundamental skill base for advanced tumbling and acrobatics.

Tumbling/Circus Arts is where tumbling and conditioning are the focus. Although this class places heavy emphasis on building tumbling skills, students will be introduced to circus disciplines that will enhance performances. Juggling, trapeze, balance beam, unicycle and creative movement will be introduced. Students will be grouped by age and skill level.

All of our gymnastics classes require a minimum number of students to run and we may adjust our class-roster and schedule to better serve our clients.

I practice static trapeze in the UK and was pleasantly surprised that it is also possible to practice this on Hilton Head Island. I contacted the owner Suzette who was absolutely lovely and made me work really really hard for one hour. Suzette is well practiced in many aerial arts (trapeze, silks, hoop) but also yoga and a wide range of fitness. Thoroughly recommended!
