PilatesOpen to Adults and students ages 16 and up. Nothing builds core strength and improves flexibility as efficiently as Pilates. This is a fundamental fitness program recommended as foundation of all of Move and Motion training.
Youth Pilates and Leaps, Jumps and TurnsOpen to students ages 8-15. This combination class is for building core strength and flexibility. After a warm up and Pilates workout, students will receive training on leaps, jumps and turns.
ZumbaFor Adults and students age 16 and up. Participate in the fitness craze that is sweeping the nation. This is a fabulous cardio workout. The high energy Latin rhythms may have you hoping the class will never end. Come join the party.
Cardio CaleinteFor Adults and students age 16 and up. Burn calories while improving you club dancing skills. This fitness class will have you learning the salsa, merengue, samba, mambo , batucada and cumbia. So fun!
Preschool DanceFor students ages 3 – 6 years old. This 45min. class will consist of cirque ballet, tap and jazz. Students will develop coordination and confidence as they develop their love of dance and fitness.
DanceFor students ages 7 through 16. This class consist of cirque ballet, tap and jazz. Students will be grouped based on age and ability.
Leaps Jumps and TurnsFor students ages 8 through 16. This class enhances all forms of performance arts. The class focuses on these fundamentals of dance. Great for all dancers, performers and gymnasts.
Back Handspring ClinicFor students ages 8 and up. This 1 hour class is dedicated to conditioning and drills directly related to mastery of the back handspring.
Mini Cirque Students ages 3 – 5 participate in a 1 hour class of tumbling, balance bean, bars, trapeze and creative movement. Classes are designed to develop strength, flexibility, coordination, and rhythm as well as provide a fundamental skill base for advanced tumbling and acrobatics.
Tumbling/Circus ArtsStudents ages 6 through 18 participate in a 1hour class of tumbling and conditioning. Although this class places heavy emphasis on building tumbling skills, students will be introduced to circus disciplines that will enhance performances. Juggling, trapeze, balance beam, unicycle and creative movement will be introduced. Students will be grouped by age and skill level.
Cirque Boot CampAdults and students ages 16 and up. Move your fitness forward. Train like a circus star. Get strong and have fun.
Gentle Yoga The perfect choice to improve your fitness level with no fear of additional strain on your body. Perfect if you have chronic health issues, are recovering from injury or just prefer a non-strenuous approach to exercise. Deep breathing, stress reduction and gentle movement equals happy people.
Belly Dance For women age 16 and up. Have fun and strengthen your core. If you are looking for something new and love to dance, you will love belly dancing. Empower your femininity.
Baby and MeFor Moms and infants up to 18mos. This Pilates based fitness class provides exercise for mom and interaction and stimulation for baby.
Toddler CirqueFor children ages 18mos. - 36 mos. This class is similar in structure to our mini-cirque class. An adult stays with the child to provide 1 on 1 support and guidance as the instructor leads the class through skills and activities. This is a structured program to enhance transition to the mini – cirque program.
Hip Hop / Break Dance For ages 7- 16. Learn Hip hop and polish your B -Boy skills. This athletic dance style improves rhythm and coordination. Students learn to move to current hip hop music. Fun for girls and boys. Students are grouped by age and ability.
Mini Hip Hopfor ages 3 – 6. Students will be introduced to hip hop dance. This class is great for high energy kids who like to move.
Barre WorkoutAdults and students ages 16 and up. This ballet based fitness class sculpts your muscles and improve grace and coordination. Great if you are a dancer or just want to look like one.
Cirque Gym / Parents Night OutFor children ages 3 and up. Students participate in a structured evening of fun and activities including tumbling, trapeze, juggling and dance. Healthy snacks will be provided. Enjoy an evening out knowing your kids are having great fun at Cirque Gym. (Please make us aware of any food allergies)
Cirque Birthday PartiesFor children ages 2 – 16. This 1 hour 30 min party consist of games, tumbling and circus skills. Parties are lead by 2 or more members of our skilled staff. A party room is provided for cake and presents. Parties are held on Saturday afternoons or by special arrangement based on studio availability.
Private and Semi Private LessonsPrivate and Semi private lessons are available and highly recommended especially for those interested in participation in our performance company.
