REFUND POLICY

a) Medical Hold Policy

If a client experiences a medical issue during training and a licensed doctor advises rest from physical activity for more than one (1) month, the following policy applies:

  • All remaining virtual sessions will be placed on hold.
  • Once medically cleared, sessions will be resumed and completed in full.
  • Due to scheduling constraints, the assigned trainer may be changed.
  • A valid medical certificate from a licensed doctor is mandatory.

b) Trainer Discontinuation Policy

  • A replacement trainer will be assigned.
  • If not satisfied, the client may request a refund for unused sessions only.

c) Refund Request Process

All refund requests must be submitted via email to:

The email must include:

  • Registered name
  • Order number or payment reference
  • Reason for refund request

d) Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refunds will be completed within 7 business days after approval.
  • Move & Motion reserves the right to review and validate claims.

e) Additional Notes

  • Refunds apply only to unused sessions.
  • Completed or missed sessions are non-refundable.
  • Feedback during refund process is appreciated.
